We didn’t stay long in Red Rock Canyon because there was no shade to relax and no food kiosk to hang out. We were really starving, no breakfast and no lunch. We went to Downtown Summerlin to look for a place to eat and the closest to where we parked was Skinny Fats. Edmund and I had tried it before, but first time for my kids.
