Edmund is in charge of the construction of the soon to open Ford dealership in the Makati area. This morning he panicked when he looked at his calendar and realized our opening date, set on January 28, is just two weeks away.
so finished or unfinished, we are going to have a simple party on January 28, no postponing because the top guy of Ford in Asia Pacific is coming to town to attend Ford’s Annual Dealers Convention on the 26th, and Makati Ford’s opening.
We save a lot by not having a contractor, but there are trade-offs, syempre si Edmund ang contractor. He had a good foreman pero nung napagalitan nya, nag-awol forgetting that Edmund gave him money for his medical expenses when he got sick. Edmund hired another foreman, less efficient, pero pwede na sa wala. He filed a two-weeks leave, eh pagbalik nya, we don’t need him anymore. The other guy is texting Edmund wanting to come back at walang pera. Look at this people.
