My shoulders are sooo stiff. I need a good back and shoulder reflexology.
I saw this massage clinic situated at the mall beside Macy’s.
$20 for 30 minutes
The masseur is a Vietnamese guy aged about 60 – 65 years old.
He is a man of few words.
Omb——- “Massage, 30 minutes, shoulder only”.
Masseur— “I know”.
He showed me to the small room with a massage table.
Omb——“no, I just want to sit on a chair”.
Masseur —“I know”.
He continued to fix the table, placing a towel and a tissue paper.
I pointed at the Lazy boy chair.
Omb——-“I’ll sit there”.
Masseur—“I know”.
I took a deep breath. I just followed his hand gesture to lay down on the table.
Omb——-“I just want you to focus on my shoulders”.
Masseur—-“I know”.
Omb——-“Just press the muscles like this”.
Masseur—-“I know”.
Pag medyo napapalakas yung pisil nya, I would remind him to take it easy and he would answer “I know”.
Siguro hindi marunong mag-English. Baka yun lang ang kabisado nya.
His massage was not great but good enough to slightly relieve my shoulders’ stiffness.
I gave him a $20 bill.
He waved the bill. He frowned at me. He continued to wave the bill. I started to leave. He tapped my left arm . He said “TIP, TIP, TIP”.
Abah, meron naman pala syang ibang alam na word other than “I know”.
