First order of the day is to have breakfast. Maxim’s is on the second floor of Shun Tec Center in Sheung Wan. They probably have other branches too. Edmund and I wanted to have dimsum, yun sanang merong mga dimsum carts that go around the restaurant, para turo na lang ng turo. Maxim’s doesn’t have the carts but we tried it anyway.
