The town center is a 10 minute walk from the St. Andrews Old Course Hotel. The amazing view of a quaint medieval town could be seen from our bedroom window, and from every window in the hotel.
After taking pictures of the fairways, we explored the small town of cobbled stones. I should’ve worn a thicker soled pair kasi I could feel the stones as I walked, merong matutulis, masakit sa talampakan.
The houses are made of stone. Some are painted white. This is the tiniest house I’ve seen here, para bang naipit or isiniksik lang. Tingin ko 3.5 meters wide.

We went inside a hardware/ house ware store.
A———-“Tart, ang cute nito, pang pitpit ng bawang, kaya lang ang bigat”.

The karatula said “Vanilla flavor made today at 10 am). I had the best strawberry ice cream ever. Moveover Haagen- Dazs.
There are so many small Bed & Breakfast hotels that used to be residential buildings.
Tom Mitchell Morris or Old Tom Morris was born here in St. Andrews, Kingdom of Fife, Scotland. He had won many major golf tournaments and was awarded the World Golf Hall of Fame in 1976.
He died at the age of 86 after falling down the stairs. He’s buried in the grounds of St. Andrew’s Cathedral.
The whole town is walkable. The shopping area occupies two stretches.
I found two stores selling mostly ceramic wares but I just looked from the window. Yung isa, pumasok ako but the designs were mostly about fishing.
St. Andrews is a golf town. Dozens of shops cater to golfers.
Edmund wanted to buy a new pair of golf shoes, he tried on the Footjoy brand but he said he finds their shoes uncomfortable.
We’ve been walking for three hours including the photo ops on the green. My legs and feet were so weary and tired. While husband window shopped, I sat down.
