I was walking from Megamall’s Building A to Building B when I spotted this juice stall smack in the middle. The different colored juices resting on a bed of ice was irresistible.
A—–‘Miss, meron ba itong sugar? Matamis ba?”
Sales Lady——“Wala, walang sugar.”
A—–“Walang asukal? Sigurado ka?”
Sales Lady ——“Walang asukal yan lahat. all natural”.
A—–” May tubig kasi lahat ito, baka may asukal. sino ang may sabi sa’yo na walang sugar?”
Sales Lady——“Sabi sa training. Walang sugar talaga”.
A——“Sige nga, i-try ko, yung melon, fifty pesos?”
A—-“Wow, super tamis!!! Sabi mo walang sugar? Ang tamis”.
Manufacturers MUST indicate in the labels the ingredients.
Contrary to what the sales lady of Island Juice claims, this melon juice has sugar, lots of it.
