We wanted to eat more at Manam in Greenbelt 2 but we’re having dinner that night with Ron and his sisters-in-law so we had to control our appetite and pretend that eating pork sisig with rice qualifies as merienda.
Food at Manam is real comfort food. The sisig is crispy and it’s more like dinurog na chicharon. It’s best eaten with rice.
We shared a coup of rice, an order of pork sisig,
We also split a tall glass of mango with pomelo cooler.
We’re having dinner in Cafe Juanita at 7 pm. We swing by the house to change freshen up.
Antonia—-“Good evening mam”.
A———-“Good evening, ano’ng niluluto mo?”
Antonia—-“Tinola”.
