This would be the 3rd time I’ve misplaced my Banco de Oro (BDO) credit card. Last time I used it was on January 12 at the Petron SLEX in Laguna for 2,440 gas. After that, I couldn’t find it anymore. My staff contacted the gas station and they said my card isn’t there.
I searched all my bags, wallets, envelopes, wala rin. I also asked my driver to go and search the vehicle that we used on that day. Wala daw. Eh alam mo naman sila pag-inuutusan, hindi naman din ako sure kung hinanap nyang mabuti sa mga sipit-sipit.
Today, for fear of the card getting in the hands of unscrupulous people, I just decided to report it lost. I called BDO 631-8000 but I decided to go look for the card again after the customer service told me there’s a 400 pesos fee. Sayang yung 400. I searched some more but I didn’t find it. I ordered a replacement na lang.

BDO Customer Service——“I don’t know. It depends on your HR”.
According to her, she cannot tell me when my new credit card would be delivered because it would be sent to our HR officer and not directly to me. And it would depend on the HR when to give it to me.
