I am not trying to confuse you but I got confused myself.
Remember sometime in February Oyen went online and got me an appointment so I could renew my passport which was expiring in March? The closest appointment date she got was June 30. I went to SM Megamall hoping I could speed up the process. I was able to get a new date, May 30.
With the help of a close relative, I was able to renew my passport in April faster than the speed of light.
Last week, I received an email from [email protected] informing me that my June 30 appointment has been postponed to a later date, end of August.

This shows that the government passport issuance tracking system is not yet fully computerized. It doesn’t show in their computer monitoring system that this woman had already renewed her passport and is now gallivanting in the Northern Hemisphere.
