I didn’t expect that my room at the Napa River Inn would be comparable to most 4 or 5-star hotels I’ve stayed at. The amenities and services were very good. It felt so homey.
Every day they refilled the ice bucket without me having to contact their housekeeping, unlike in most hotels where I had to either request from the housekeeping or get it myself from the ice dispenser located somewhere in the hallway.
I paid $500 for the two nights stay and for what I got I think it was worth it. I liked the hotel’s location, their quality of srvice, the amenities, the comfort level. I had two restful nights and I slept straight for at least 6 hours. I was able to recover a lot from my jetlag. If I had more time I would have stayed longer, just to stay in the room, relax and sleep. I wouldn’t mind staying here again next year.
