The nationwide NO SMOKING law in the Philippines is in place and we just have to follow.
You cannot smoke within 10 meters from a commercial / industrial establishment. We don’t have an extra area within our establishments to provide for customers’ and employees’ smoking area. Employees of other buildings come to our building’s side to smoke. Of course, we cannot allow this. We don’t have a garden, a big enough open space or a roof deck or anything like that. All of us just have to follow, even our own employees and customers.
I know it’s difficult NOT TO smoke if you’ve been smoking all your life but you just have to deal with this situation. It’s not my responsibility to find you a place so you can inhale and exhale cigarette smoke. You cannot go inside the vehicles of other people to puff. You cannot go within 10 meters of buildings. You cannot smoke in the middle of the street baka ka masagasaan, you cannot smoke inside and outside of our showrooms, you cannot smoke inside our toilets. You cannot smoke. Period.
