The Northpoint Cafe in St. Andrews has become famous because this was where Kate met Wills when they were both students at the University of St. Andrews.
It is now a tourist destination in this medieval town. No tourist leaves St. Andrews without at least taking a peek at the Northpoint Cafe and doing a selfie.
According to some locals, ever since Prince William and Kate Middleton’s romantic relationship became public, the number of international students enrolling at the university have steadily risen. Maybe the parents want their children to find a prince or a princess too. Well, if I had known beforehand that this was where Prince William or Prince Harry would be, I also would have sent my daughter to study here. Not to marry a prince, but to be in good company.
Northpoint used to be popular among students only. But now, they compete with tourists to get seats.
Look how beautiful the background is. The buildings don’t look real in the photo.
We were not content in just taking photos outside. We went in and ate some carbo. I’ve actually been here in 2013, just outside.
I am now 130 lbs, about 12 lbs. overweight. Smoothie is one contributor to my heavy weight.
Instead of milk, they put coconut milk.
BP 12.90 x 64 = Php 825.60 Not bad. We got to imagine we were dining with the royals.
