Oyen was in Seattle for a few days. She brought home a small box of Fran’s Chocolates, allegedly the favorite brand of former US President Barack and Mrs. Michelle Obama.
It was founded by Fran Bigelow some 20 years ago after she was inspired during a visit to Paris.

She also bought a bottle of white truffle oil. We love truffle oil. We drizzle them over french fries.
This is basically olive oil mixed with truffle essence. It would be extremely expensive if it’s pure truffle oil.
