I lost my Globe cel signal at 10 am today while I was in the car on my way to Tagaytay.
I still did not have the signal up until I got home at 7:30 pm. The first thing that I did was to dial the Globe technical hotline 7301000 or for Globe Platinum 7301888. I spent half hour trying to find out what’s wrong with their service. My call was passed from one customer service to another technical guy several times, each time the person on the other line asking what my cel number is, my name and where I was located.
I’ve heard this 7 times…..
“Ms. Tan-Yee, are you aware that you are a Platinum member and you dialed the regular hot line number.
Me—— so, shall I dial another number? Give me the number…
“Ms. Tan-Yee that’s not a problem po, I can transfer your call to them and I will inform them of your concern na rin po so that they can assist you po, Kindly hold….”
After a few minutes of waiting……
“Hello, I’m so and so and I will be your customer service today, May I have your cel number?
My I have your name na rin po… I will now verify your account”
“Thank you for waiting, Ms. Tan-Yee are you aware that you are a Platinum member and ….. but that’s no problem, I can transfer your call to their technical…. and I can assist you in telling them your concern, kindly hold…..”
After a few minutes….
“Hello, I’m so and swa, may I have your cel number so I can verify your account? What is your name?….
pls hold……………. thank you for waiting. Ms. Tan-Yee are you aware that you are a Platinum…..

Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa It’s su not wurking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
