1. Cleta finally smiles. I gave her lots of nice stuff she could either euse or give to her adult children. The other maids got envious when they saw this beautiful bag. This navy blue bag with black embellishments belongs to my daughter. I never saw her use this bag. Ang ganda-ganda pa at bago.

2. We were cruising along the Sta. Rosa- Tagatay Road when my eyes caught this ready-made wooden door. I asked my assistant to get off the van and inquire. P65,000 daw itong pinto, solid narra daw kaya ang mahal. They can make one using ordinary wood like mahogany for P6,500. Dun na lang ako sa ordinary. I didn’t order yet. The door’s design looks like it’s more for a ranch. My mini farm doesn’t exude that macho grandness. Cute lang dapat ang pinto ko.

3. Farm fashion: bright red pants, $30 from Costo in Honolulu. Native hat with satin ribbon, P700 from Legaspi, Bicol. I wear the same white cotton blouse 90% of my visits to my mini-farm.

4. I hired an additional gardener. His name is Anthony, 24, from Tuy, Batangas. His main job assignment is to find every spider hanging on the trees, hiding in the bushes, smelling the flowers.
I will eventually teach him karate and arnis for self-defense.

5. I brought home from Green ATS bulalo and tawilis for my son, kare-kare and barbeque for my daughter. Here she complains of not finding any meat from the kare-kare. “mom, this has no laman”.
Puro durog na gulay. eating kare-kare

6. I wasn’t prepared to spend so much money for the drivers and gardeners’ barracks. I just wanted to use old re-purposed wood I got from Ford Cainta, used during the construction of the warehouse. But Edmund suggested that the structure must be matibay. Malakas daw ang bagyo sa probinsya kaya dapat matibay na. I was so stressed out and freaking out from the expenses. Mahal ang bakal, semento, pako, hollow blocks, everything adds up. Labor is not cheap either, presyong Maynila na rin. After seeing the structure, I have decided to use this as a small office, reception area, and a small cottage store, instead of barracks. I will just construct another room for the guards, gardeners and drivers beside it.

7. The heavy traffic along C5 is getting worst. Dati it started in front of Market-market, tapos biglang sinula pa lang ng SM Aura traffic na which added 45 minutes – 1 hour to my travel time.
Last week, the heavy traffic congestion along C5 started way before SM Aura, maybe two kilometers before. That added 1.5 hours to my trip. %$#@& anak ng panis na bulalo! How can we live like this? This is a waste of time, effort, money. This destroys the environment. Instead of consuming gas for 15 minutes, we burn gas for hours unnecessarily. Marami pa sana akong magagawa sa three hours ko, pero eto nagpapalapad lang ng pwet sa kauupo sa traffic. Will the presidentiables tell me how they intend to solve this huge inconvenience to the people of the Philippines? My I see your comprehensive traffic solution plan?

  1. Binay said that if he will be elected President, he will build Subway like the one in New York. How he will do that? He should explain in detail his plan to the Filipinos in order to believe him. May be it’s only word no action.
