OMB deleted the follower app counter. I don’t keep track of who reads or not. Most OMB readers are silent readers. They don’t say a word. they don’t comment, they don’t click Like or Share. That’s why I don’t know who they are, where they are, or if they ever exist.
But some are very much around. I feel their presence. I feel their love and concern for my welfare. I do appreciate the tiny attention they give me, their malasakit and all. Sometimes I feel their love even if we are technically strangers. Para akong merong bagong kapatid, kamag-anak. They are my extended families. I don’t know how to reciprocate their concern for my health, for my welfare, for my family. They made me feel better when I was sick.
Mababait sila sa akin. They could be angels.
