1. Twinkle’s operation went well. The doctors successfully removed the big tumor in her breast. They said it’s cancerous but her recent check-up showed no more traces of the cancer. She’s back to her usual makulit self. Jumping and trying to sneak out. One more week and should we be free of that annoying cone. Twinkle is a tough girl and I am sure she would live for a dozen more years.

2. Oyen’s going to the salon to have her hair dyed with some lighter brown color. Perfect timing naman I came across this news article.

3. I was so clumsy I dropped the bottle of vitamin C.

4. We used to hold office here in Tektite. Matagal na, more than 20 years. Before the cellular phones were invented.

5. This is my current flame. My comfort snack. When I find a piece in my bag, oh, ngiti at kilig.

Trying to control my addiction because this has lots of sugar too.

6. On my way to a 12 noon lunch meeting in Pasig. I texted Dahlia “10 minutes”.

Just when I thought the road is clear, all of a sudden, here comes traffic congestion.

7. Two and a half hours sitting in the traffic gives me vertigo. Good I don’t leave home without a few instant relief ointments in my bag.

8. I visited a friend’s brand-new multi-story house in Quezon City. It took her many years to build it, changing contractors thrice. It’s her crowning glory. It’s very nice and her attention to detail was very evident. Her fear of break-ins was made obvious by the double grills. She has 8 bedrooms, two living rooms, etc. Really big, however, the new house is full of boxes containing old things from her past life. She didn’t want to let them go. Mahirap talaga maglipat ng bahay. Kami rin puno ng kalat. All the rooms were brimming with clothes and other personal stuff. Hers is a beautiful house, with a commanding view of the Eastwood skyline and the Pasig condos.
My favorite spot is her toilet. It has a sweeping view. I told her I would go to her house every morning and do my stuff. I will also use her toilet sink counter as my desk.

9. Pag walang mangga, parang gusto nating kumain ng mangga. Pag merong mangga, nagkakang-bubulok na wala namang gustong kumain ng mangga.

10. After three attempts, I finally bought tiles for a bathroom. I realized I should not take this things too seriously.

There are so many colors, patterns, kinds. Basta I just picked a pattern, bahala na kung pangit ang labas. Kung may pera ako, I will just have them replaced. Or pagtyagaan ko na lang.
