1. The break fluid warning sign keeps showing up. I couldn’t bring the vehicle to the dealer because it’s some 2 1/2 hours away. I was worried this could be a safety issue so I drove to the nearest Autozone and bought a bottle of break fluid. I asked the sales guy to help me pour some. He gladly obliged.
After the break fluid, another warning sign came up. The tires naman. Oh no. I don’t know how to add air. This is one of those days when I miss my husband.
2. I wish I am fucking brilliant. But no, I am far from it.

6. The soles of my navy blue suede walking shoes are butas na. I could feel every rock and stone underneath. I decided to retire them. I bought a pair of purple Skechers eh buy one take 50% off pala on the next pair kaya I ended up getting two pairs. One purple and one navy blue. I’ve been wearing the navy blue every since and they are very comfortable with socks. I could walk miles and my feet don’t hurt.
7. In dead winter, with ice cold drizzles and freezing breeze, not to mention that it was already 8 pm, we decided to eat ice cream! We drove to the nearest Baskin-Robbins parlor. I was thinking, meron bang bukas na ice cream parlor ngayon eh tila may snow? At saka meron bang bibili eh ganito kaginaw? The number of people that were coming and going, buying ice cream answered my questions. Grabe ang ginaw, meron ng snow, ice cream pa rin!
Only one guy was there and yet he was able to serve the customers fast and easy. Sya ang lahat, pati cashier sya rin. Masipag ang mga tao dito. Sila rin ang linis, ligpit, cashier. Eto siya rin ang nag se serve ng ice cream, and he does it with enthusiasm, laging naka ngiti at napaka accommodating pa.
I love the strawberry flavor of Haagen-Dazs. But after eating a scoop of Baskin-Robbins, mukhang I am switching my allegiance. The strawberry flavor of Baskin-Robbins has more big strawberry fruits in it. It is less creamy which I prefer.

9. Na sales talk kami dito s pizza bread. Nakabili kami eh ang mahal pa mandin $14 per pack pero libre daw 2 packs. Ganun din ang suma, mahal pa rin kasi parang $1.5 isang piraso.
