1. Our female employees filled our showroom with hearts and cupids and they also gave away chocolates to walk-in customers.

3. There are a few pasalubong I haven’t distributed yet. Today I sent to two different offices in Galleria Corporate Center. One is for the young auditor connected with a big audit and accounting firm. One is for a friend. They both were not around I was worried my staff would give the packages to strangers. It had happened to me several times before. I sent a coach bag, etc. The person didn’t receive it. I didn’t know where our messenger gave it to. He also couldn’t remember. Too bad.

The three most traumatic mistakes similar to that was when my thesis documents didn’t reach my professor. I lost every file that I had. The second was when our messenger dropped a bunch of US lotto tickets along Ayala Avenue. Imagine, baka multi millionaire na ako dapat in dollars pa! The third was when our messenger dropped the important documents he was supposed to deliver to the bank on the ground floor from our office on the 25th floor, sumakay lang sya ng elevator, nawala na agad.

So far my new assistant is able to keep up with my demands. Mukhang marunong. He’s able to do the tasks I’ve requested him to do. He was able to buy me medicines and he found the store selling Giga peppermint. He was able to deliver the two packages in about an hour and to the right offices. Mabilis nya na-pick up instructions ko. Nung isang araw meron matanda na nakaharang sa dadaanan ko, bago ko nalaman, binuhat nya at inilagay sa gilid, Inalalayan nya at binigyan nya ng upuan.

4. I was working when all of the sudden one of the security guards walked closer to our office wall and started fixing his uniform, his necktie (kurbata) and belt (sinturon) and owwww, his ano. Inapa-apa nya yung harap nya and fixed his brief. Siguro inaalam kung nadun pa bird nya. Dios mio naman ito, he obviously didn’t know that our glass wall is a one-way mirror. I could see him, he couldn’t see me. I didn’t know whether to laugh or get inis. Tsooo! Ang dami namang salamin sa office eh dito pa sa harap ko nanalamin. Buti hindi naghubo.

5. My breakfast and lunch combined, goto lugaw with dinurog na chicharon and tokwa at baboy.

It’s more like tokwa at taba.

6. While under the EDSA flyover southbound, two motorcycles collided with each other. They were to the right of our vehicle. The drivers were both thrown off their respective bikes.

Most of them don’t realize the dangers of squeezing through bigger vehicles. Madalas they even criss cross and cut our path. Pls don’t do that, baka masaktan kayo.

7. Ever since I left the house, my feet were feeling sore from the shoes. Bakit kaya eh when I tried these on before I bought them, they felt comfortable naman. Kaya pala ang sakit ng paa ko. Baligtad yung shoes. Pareho kasi itsura ng left or right shoe.
