1. I liked the white off shoulder dress worn by an American lady I met last month at the lobby of Rio Hotel. When I complimented her about how nice her dress was on her, she moved closer to me and whispered— “it’s from a store called Forever 21”. I went to a small town mall two days ago and they happened to have a Forever 21 store. I looked for that dress. There was only one piece left and when I tried it on, it didn’t quite look the way it did on the American woman. Di hamak na mas bagay sa kanya.
Sa akin, nag mukha akong sacristan na multo.
2. I spent $2 on a chair massage. $1 / minute eh bitin. So I inserted another dollar. Three minutes sitting on a jet plane felt like an hour. Etong back massage bago pa lang ako pipikit eh tapos na yung 3 minutes. Ang bilis naman.
$1 per 3 minutes chair massage
3. I thought Chipotle food prices were standard all over America but no. I paid $7.99 + tax for a chicken bowl at the Chipotle in Las Vegas North Premium Outlet. It was $8 + in the city. Farther away, it was cheaper at $6.70 plus tax.
4. First time I ordered chicken bowl with no rice. In place of rice, I had kernel corns, lots of tomato salsa, cheese and lettuce. Nakakabusog rin.
5. I stopped to take a photo of these pink flowers at the park. I am amazed at how delicate flowers are able to repel the more than 100 degrees heat. Considering they are so manipis, soft, hipan mo lang lipad na agad and yet daig pa nila ako. Konting init lang migraine na agad ako. Sila eto oh, looking so pretty basking in the scorching sun.
6. My husband planted this white roses some 4 years ago. I chose the single color white. Very nice ano? Ang lagu-lago kahit ang init ng araw. Roses love the sun pala.
Moral lesson, next time you touch a flower, a tree, a vine, wash your hands! Mag pahid ng alcohol.
9. Ever since I bought the yellow slippers and bag, parang nahihilig ako sa dilaw. Kaya lang I don’t think it’s a good fashion sense wearing an all yellow ensemble from head to toe. Over-acting. Fashion victim ang labas ko.
Mapapagkamalan akong a-attend ng rally.
10. The dress shop was closed when I saw this dress. I am not sure if I will be able to go back to this area before I leave for Manila. This is far from where I stay.
Yellow from head to toe….
11. The adoration chapel closed at 4 pm. I missed it by several minutes. I walked to the church’s fountain area. It was so serene. Where’s everyone?
I was the only person there. It was so peaceful and the view was nice too.
When I am Manila, going to places like this is something I am not able to do and enjoy.

No offense Ms Annie ha. Akala ko sa unang tingin that the Forever 21 photo is of a priest holding a chalice. 🙂
Precisely why I didn’t buy it. Mukha nga akong sacristan na multo.
