Yesterday, one of the things the pulmonologist asked me was “magana ka bang kumain?” I only lost appetite during the first week. Now I am back to my old eating habits, basta kain lang ng kain.
After the mass, I chose Lugang Cafe, for the oyster with black bean sauce.
We were at the restaurant in Connecticut, Greenhills just a little after 7 pm. Edmund thought there were less people on a weekend. After half hour, more diners came filling up the big restaurant.
There were only two of us, we ordered the oyster black bean and this Hainan chicken. I finished most of the oysters and a slice of this chicken.
I split this tiny bowl of hot taro sago with Edmund.
We split this huge bowl of red bean with crushed ice and green tea ice cream. I made the mistake of helping Edmund finish this. It started a round of coughing session. Ubo ubo ubo ubo.
Yummy food, Ms Annie.. 😉 i am glad ur appetite’s back.. 😉
I think what caused ur coughing spells was not the crushed ice.. It was the RED BEAN and ICE CREAM…
It wasn’t much of the ice, but the SWEETNESS of the red bean and ice cream.. Nakakasamid talaga ang matatamis, lalo na kung may existing coughs ka na before u ate them… 😉
I know how it feels kc pag nagkakasakit ako ng medyo matagal, wala akong gana kumain.. 🙁
Pero the moment na makaramdam ka ng kahit konting improvement sa condition mo, gusto mong kumain ng kumain para lang bumalik ang panlasa mo 😉
The good side is, bumabalik na ang appetite mo sa food.. 😉 yan ang isang important sign na hinahanap ng mga doctors pag nagkakasakit ang pasyente nila.. Sabi sakin ng surgeon ko, pag naghahanap na ng pagkain ang pasyente, ibig sabihin, bumabalik na ang WILL nya to SURVIVE and GET BETTER.. 😉
You are always included in my prayers, Ms Annie, so that u will feel better soon.. 😉 take good care of urself and be safe always… 🙂
God bless u and ur family always… Hugs to u.. 😉
