Hello UAAP basketball fans, television crews of IBC 13, TV 5, sports writers, etc.
In 1979 (I know super tagal na), The UST Glowing Goldies won the play-off game against the University of East Warriors headed by Rudy Distrito. My husband, with his team mates Francisco Maristela, Frank Natividad, Louie Cu and the 6’4″ Edgardo Cordero played their best. Edmund contributed 34 points. Their coach was Rogelio Serafico.
I watched the actual game but I had no video camera yet and hindi pa uso ang selfie nuon. Hindi pa uso lahat ng tao may camera. Only the tv crew and sports writers took photos and videos.
The whole game was televised.
