I had Pako Salad from Pin’s Kitchen several times since March of this year. I paid P950 per tray plus La la Move delivery plus tip.
I’d like to keep this salad in my weekly diet but it’s hard to space it. As soon as the tray arrives, the salad must be consumed within 24 hours or else the leaves turn black. The salted egg must be separated because they turn black too.

Pako leaves are mixed with some grapefruit, small strips of bayabas, onions, and tomatoes.
I wish the quantity and variety of the ingredients are consistent.

The very first time I ordered, they sent me the darker-colored dressing. The second time, I got the lighter one. Then they sent me the darker one next. They both tasted okay.
