We had a delicious breakfast this morning of homemade pansit luglug or better known in Manila as pansit palabok.
The patis was a little darker than usual. When I asked the cook, she showed us a small bottle of Purong Tentay Patis Edmund bought from Shopwise.
Nung araw, I didn’t understand why my mom couldn’t eat noodles without kalamansi.
Now I am like that na rin.
Pansit luglug tastes better with a squeeze of kalamansi.
Edmund left after breakfast for a round of golf. He’ll go straight na lang daw to the church tonight kasi their tee-off is noon time pa.
