So far my personal assistant has been efficiently sorting out my files and my kalat. This morning, I found this envelope on my office desk. She must have found this tucked among my old files.
I was really surprised. Sayang there’s no date but this must be 20 years old. I went to Kuwait when President Fidel V. Ramos was still president. I was part of the business delegation that accompanied him to Europe. I remembered the long trips. I think we went to Europe, tapos we flew back to Kuwait, then we went back to Europe, to Vienna which was our last stop.
When my son was little, whenever I would travel, he would ask for pasalubong a bill from the country I visited. He collected foreign currency bills. Ang liit pa nys nun. I gave him the small denominations. Saan na kaya yung collection nya?
