Pebble Beach Golf Links is one of the most famous golf courses in the world and many golfers only dream of playing in this course. With a green fee of US$550, it’s also one of the most expensive. The finishing hole 18 has become an icon in the world of golf. Its photo has been used countless times in posters, calendars, postcards, television clips, golf documentaries, etc. The tree, the undulating ocean waves, make this hole stunning.
The photos here don’t do justice to this golf course. Apologies. I don’t want to use gorgeous photos shot by professional photographers.
Pebble Beach’s hole number 18 is memorable to Edmund. He once played at this course when Nyke was probably 4. Just a few minutes before he finished his golf, I arrived with my kids and the guy at the pro shop was very friendly to us. He brought me and Oyen and Nyke to hole number 18 to show where Edmund was. Walang ibang tao. The two ran towards Edmund, Nyke tumbled down and rolled on the green while continuously giggling. He was so excited to run and play. Beybing-beybi pa sya nuon, wala pang kamuang-muang.
