The streets in Rizal are narrow and made even narrower by the vendors.
I have compassion for small businesses and I do want them to flourish, however, I also wish that they don’t encroach on the sidewalks. I also wish the local government implement the setbacks and does not allow structures to encroach on public streets and sidewalks.
Tricycle drivers must also be reminded not to park in the middle of the road. Many take naps on their bike while parked irresponsibly.
