This photo was taken at the Joint General Membership Meeting of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCHI), Philippine Exporters Confederation (Philexport), and Philippines, Inc. (formerly Team Philippines). Then- Philippine president, Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo, was the Guest of Honor and Speaker.

Last week, retired Brigadier General Jose Magno, more popularly known as Joemag, gave me a call last week, inviting me to his 90th birthday celebration in January to be held at Camp Aguindaldo. Unfortunately, I would still be here in the United States. I told him Edmund would represent me. Gen. Magno told me he misses our group. During FVR’s time, we travelled together and our group really became good friends.
