We can’t ignore this political posturings. This early, dami ng political commercials. As much as I hate politics, I have to choose and vote. So far wala pa akong mapili.
1. A former cabinet member of GMA is trying to convince me to vote for VP Binay for President. I haven’t made my choice yet. He just wanted to make sure I am one more vote for Binay. Wala pa akong napipili. Kailangan pag-aralang mabuti. Maganda commercial ni Binay, maraming nae-engganyo.
2. Ang kulit ng text survey, tila kay Grace Poe kasi they use her name as an example. “Grace Poe mapagkakatiwalaan from Cebu”.
3. Kilala mo ba si Win Gatchalian? This commercial is brilliant. Yes, I do know him and his dad. Siguro I will vote for him, for Senator.
4. May malasakit si Tacloban Martin Romualdez. Every time my husband sees this commercial, he always asks me if the guy is running for senator. Eh siguro dahil yung tv commercial has nationwide coverage.
5. Risa Hontiveros appears in the commercial of Philhealth. She’s been here at our house for dinner, when my sister hosted a dinner for her college classmates. Risa was with a male friend who was Aileen’s classmate in college. Is she running for senator again?
6. Joel Villanueva is everywhere courtesy of TESDA. The Coke article came out several times in the Philippine Star at least, and full page, full colored. The tv commercials of TESDA, libre ba yan? Di ba mahal ang bayad? Who paid for this Coke ads and the TV ads of TESDA? Are those approved under the charter of Philhealth? Is it necessary for government entities to spend millions on infomercials featuring the faces of their bosses? Pwedeng magcommercial pero wag ng isama yung mga namumuno para no politics and self-promotion.
7. Hindi ko type commercial ni Mar Roxas. Kulang sa ummp.
8. Ayaw ni Edmund yung commercial ni Villar, puro basura daw.
Mananalo yan, may name recall na si Villar.
9. Bongbong Marcos, I will vote for him if he seeks for re-election as a senator. He strikes me as intelligent, smart, parang may depth. I’ve met him at an event in Beijing during the visit of President Erap Estrada in China. If he runs for Vice President, I might vote for him, depende kung sino kalaban nya. If he runs for President in 2016, sana sa 2022 na lang.
10. Alan Cayetano, his commercial needs improvement. Parang kay Mar, kulang sa ummp. Is he running for Vice President?
This is his old advertisement few years ago that helped re-elect him to the Senate.
11. Duterte, two of our drivers will vote for Duterte for whatever position. Gusto nila kasi tough.
12. Is MMDA Chairman Francis Tolentino running for Senator? He got some media mileage but in a negative way nung nag-traffic-traffic sya sa EDSA.
Hi Ms. Annie, pinagiisipan kong mabuti kung iboboto ko ba si Binay kasi ang akin lang, galing sha sa ‘ibaba’ at iba talaga ang malasakit ng taong galing doon. Marunong din sya magpakumbaba at makiusap sa mga mas mataas sa kanya. At saka may malasakit sya sa Cebu(nasa Cebu ako). May mga national roads kami dito na natengga ang road widening. Pakiramdam ko ginagantihan kami ni pinoy kasi number one dito si Gloria noon na talaga namang binuhusan kami ng maraming proyekto na ngayon ay itinengga kahit approved ang budget. Pinagiisipan ko kasi tinitira si Binay ni Trillianes-Roxas at mga kasama nya na parang lahat sila ay sobra sa linis. I just hope na pagnanalo si Binay ipagpatuloy na ang mga road widening dito sa Cebu kasi marami ang private development nangyayari ngayon sa Cebu. At sana bigyan nya kami dito ng mga ‘sweeper trucks’ kasi napa ka alikabok ng mga daan, madaling madumihan ang sapatos, ayaw ng mga tourists ng ganyan, hindi na kaya ng mga taga walis walis. I just hope Binay finds potential in Cebu to be the next Singapore.
Yong kapitbahay kong Chinese businessman, ayaw nya kay Binay kasi grabe daw manghingi sa mga businessmen. Sabi ko naman sa kanya, nasa business kasi kayo at siguro meron kayong nalalaman kung totoo yan. Hindi naman nya idinetalye. Kung meron po kayo at mga readers nyo po experience na maganda at hindi maganda sa mga nasa lista sa taas, paki share naman…
Hi Joey, maka Binay ka pala. With regards to your neighbor who didn’t want to elaborate, you can’t blame her, baka mapag-initan sya kung sakali.
Pag iisipan ko pa Ms. Annie. Hindi pa ako convinced na iboto si Mr. Binay. Pero sure ako hindi ako maka Mar.
It’s actually hard to choose when there’s no clear “the one”. But you are right, we can start with the process of elimination.
