My daughter doesn’t like to eat the traditional Filipino foods. She does once in a while only if we’re in the restaurant. But at home, she opts for less filling meals without rice.
She does like pasta.
Before leaving for the office, I whipped up something for her. Something she could reheat in the microwave oven.
I boiled curled pasta. And I sauteed fresh portobello mushrooms in crushed garlic and mixed them with tuna bake sauce. I chopped steamed broccoli, left-overs from the previous night.
