While my daughter and I sit together at the family dining table, we talk and cover a wide range of topics including her love life, my love life, other people’s love lives, failing marriages, falling in love, money, stress, places we want to visit next, current events, etc. Our perfect companion is always freshly cooked potato chips sprinkled with truffle salt (from France), generous drops of truffle oil (from Seattle) and lately I put some pieces of cheese with black truffles from Santis Delicatessen. Oyen finds the potato chips with cheese nakaka-suya.
