I normally don’t throw away receipts be it a grocery receipt, In & Out, parking tickets, big or small purchases, I have a habit of keeping them, for years.
My green suede bag needed repair so I looked for the receipt and I was glad I found it.
I brought back the green suede bag to the Prada store and I was glad I didn’t have to pay a cent for the repair because it’s still covered by a one year warranty. I beat the warranty expiry by three weeks.
The store said it would take 8 to 12 weeks because the repair would be done in Italy. Really?
Well, I don’t mind the wait. Thanks Prada.
