Our private luncheon was held at the Primi Piatti Italian Restaurant a short drive away from Capitol Hill.
This restaurant must be rated. It’s wall is full of magazine clippings, newspaper features, certificates, etc. Food must be good here otherwise Ernie Bower would not bring us to this restaurant.
We were joined by Philippine Ambassador to the US, Joey Cuisia (center) and no less than the US Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Scot Marciel (left), Ernest Bower.

The minute the dessert was served, nahinayang ako, Edmund likes tiramisu, not me.
