Promenading in Rockwell - Oh My Buhay

Oct 27

I don’t have any physical fitness regimen.  I admire those who post 15,000 steps a day on their Instagram accounts. Me maybe 1,200 or lucky if I reach 3,000.  That means I went to a shopping mall.    Like this day.   I am with Oyen, leisurely walking in Power Plant Mall.   And since people still fear going out, we have the mall all to ourselves.

Malls in the Philippines are comparable to those in Europe and Americas. Most of our malls are impressive. One can’t relate the seeming affluency with the poverty afflicting our country.

I shouldn’t be buying any more clothes. I don’t get to wear them anyway. I am the least motivated to dress up because I have grown so fat. My waistline has overtsken my humkngous boobs. My bewang must now be 42″. I am also womdering, 30 years ago my clothes, shoes, bags, fit in my cabinets. And I also had a lot of clothes then. But how come they didn’t occupy too much closet space? Edmund and I even shared space and yet all our clothes fit there.
