I went to Megamall last Saturday afternoon for a very short while. It was not a smart decision. Just like what Edmund always tells me, why do we have to go to the mall on weekends. We can go there naman anytime during the week. Eh ngayon ko na gusto. We’re going to church at 6 eh it was already 5 pm.
It was megatraffic. Naku, bumaba na nga ako at naglakad na lang kesa tumanda ako sa loob ng sasakyan.

When I saw the santas, napatunganga ako, I wanted to buy something but red is not my thing. I wasted 15 minutes.
Dali-dali ako. I spent another 15 minutes inside a fabric store in the basement. My car was only able to make a U turn with the 35 minutes I was gone. It was a blessing in disguise. I hopped on and we were able to get out of the gridlock within 15 minutes. I made it to our house before 6 pm.
I bought 8 yards of off-white cotton twill, 60 width @ P300 a yard. The store doesn’t accept credit cards.
I cut them into 4 pieces, one for each chair (for the 4 of us).
I want to cover our chairs kasi nasasawa na ako, even just for the holidays.
I have no time to bring it to a modista to make a tailor fit chair cover. I will just improvise.
I cut 12 inches from the width and folded it to tie it around the chair. It doesn’t look nice.
E—— “Ilalagay mo na ba yan? Kala ko naggagawa ka lang ng proto-type? Madudumihan lang yan, puti pa naman”.
A——- “Hindi ba aabot ng Xmas or New Year? Ayokong maglaba”.
E——- “Hinde”.
