Hi Ms Annie!
I hope you’re having a great time with your children there in France. And I wish you more happiness on your birthday.
I’m not sure if you still remember me amongst your many omb followers. But may I request if you can please include my son in your prayers when you visit churches too.
My son went through surgery a week ago. His left kidney was removed due to tumor that was 2/3 the size of his kidney, that’s why there’s no way we can still save it. Biopsy resulted to Stage 2 cancer, but was upstaged to Stage 4 protocol. That was after the doctors found out that there were 3 nodes already present in his lungs. And we are no longer agreeable that he goes through another operation.
Chemo will start on Tuesday, and hoping your prayers will shield him from the negative side effects that treatment will do to him. Pls join me and my family in praying and hoping he graduates the therapy well and round.
Thank you so much. Enjoy the rest of your vacation, hoping i didn’t bother you at all.
Keep inspiring.

This is a photo of her cute baby boy. He’s now a little bit older.
My children and I went to the Cathedrale Saint Andre de Bordeaux yesterday afternoon.
It’s a 15 minute walk from Mercure Hotel.
There’s a section for lighting candles and I signed on the prayer request book.
I lighted one candle for Lorenzo
We, parents, pray for long life for ourselves because we want to make sure that we are able to perform our duties as guardians of our children. We want to be present while they’re growing up. We want to make sure that we are around when they need us. We want to be present even when they’ve grown up to see their successes and we want to be there when they want our presence.
But when one is faced with an ailing child, it couldn’t be happening. The fear of losing a child becomes bigger than a parent’s life. No, this is not what a parent wish for. We want to be alive long enough to provide and guide our children. We do not want to be present anymore when they die. Because that would mean we’re too old by that time. Because we also expect that our children would live through life, long enough to experience the beauty and challenges of life. Long enough to discover and enjoy their own place on earth. Long enough to see how beautiful this world is. Long enough to have their own families. Long enough to become parents themselves, and praying for long life, to be present while their own children are growing up. That’s the cycle of life.
Dear ohmybuhay readers, pls pray for Lorenzo too. Thank you.
Thank you so much, Ms Annie. I really appreciate this. It means so much to me. Take care and May God always bless you and your family.
That’s the least I could do. I hope he gets well.
