When bringing your vehicles for service, immediately inform the service advisor to make sure the parts that would be replaced would be turned over to you including any box or packaging from the new replacement parts.
By bringing home the old / discarded parts and boxes, you are actually helping us in three ways: 1. It gives you peace of mind that the parts were indeed replaced with brand new ones. It removes any doubt from the customer’s mind na baka naman hindi pinalitan. 2. It deters anyone within our organization from bringing home the discarded parts. 3. Keeps our service area clean and with lesser kalat.
Remember: Bago pa lang iiwan ang sasakyan, sabihin na agad sa service advisor na siguraduhin na ibibigay sa iyo ang lumang pyesa at kahon o plastic nung bagong pyesa na ipinalit. It is our standard policy to turn over to our customers the old replaced parts but your reminder to our people would help make them be more aware, attentive and serve you better.
