The highlights of our days in Lisbon were breakfasts, lunches and dinners in gourmet restaurants that titillate our taste buds and delight all our senses as well.
Ever since FPG Insurance awarded the level 1 tours to Asia International Travel, our annual escapades have been more of gourmet tours first and sight-seeing second.
Our dinner in Sintra was in Restaurante Incomum by Chef Luis Santos.
It was a modern European restaurant serving Portuguese gourmet dishes. It’s a few minutes bus ride from Palacio Nacional and about a hundred fifty meters walk from the bus stop.
The restaurant is lower than the street level.
I was extra careful when navigating the steps. I didn’t want to be the very first to arrive by rolling down the stairs.
I want my toyo to be served this way too.
My daughter and Iya ordered this but I think they didn’t enjoy their food.
Paul Chuatico and Ramon Dimacali were hooked to “Duterte” chli sauce. Baon ito ni Paul, binili nya sa grocery near the hotel.
Everyone gasped for breath when they saw the pork liempo with Mang Tomas lechon sauce look-alike.

Eating time is family bonding time.
Let’s have some dessert:
Vanilla ice cream with fresh strawberries
We could not believe that our meal was only Euro 11 per person. Wow, what a great deal.
