Moon is another very good restaurant in Estonia that is worth visiting. Kohvik Moon serves delicious modern Russian cusine.
It’s located in a nondescript apartment block on a quiet residential side street away from the busy Old Town.
Once I stepped-in I felt at home right away. The decors are stuff that I personally would buy. Their custom chandelier is similar to mine.

The prices look cheap.
Moon’s perceived simplicity was deceiving. Once the food started coming in, we knew this restaurant was far from simple.
All the dishes were flavorful and plated well. Passion and dedication were written in every dish that landed on our table.
Cynthia, the lady who searched high and low to give us memorable gourmet meals every single time.
The only downside in this restaurant was the background music they were playing while we were dining. I didn’t know that my husband hated a particular kind of music. He only told us after several hours that he was feeling faint, melancholic and nauseated while we were at MOON. While they were playing THAT song. We spent a good half hour trying to guess what song was that. A song that my husband could not remember the lyrics. A song he didn’t know who sang. A song he didn’t know how to sing or even hum”. A song, the title of which he couldn’t remember. Ano ba tunog? Kantahin mo nga? Hindi nya alam. Jazz ba? Rock ba? Love song ba? Naalala ba nya nung araw na nain-despair sya? Puro “hindi ko natatandaan”. “Medyo”. “Parang”. “Basta parang ganun”. Aba daig pa namin ang nagpi-Pinoy Henyo game. Yes, no, maybe, maybigote. We were basically guessing for something he didn’t know what. The only thing he could remember was that every single time he heard that particular song, it made him feel sad and sick. What a clue!
