I’ve been to Skinny Fats during my last trip here in Vegas. I found their food good although I’ve only tasted their two kinds of tacos and fries.
I brought Edmund there hoping he would like the place too. The individual tables were occupied. The only seats available were at the big table that’s as tall as a bar.
I ordered the tacos again and the fries. Edmund ordered beef with rice.
I found the truffle fries lacking in taste. it was better the first time I ordered this. I brought it back to the counter and I asked if they could to put some more seasoning. I was willing to pay extra. They were kind enough to put a lot of parsley and parmesan to give it more taste free of charge.
I didn’t think Edmund liked his dish. He didn’t say “wow sarap” at first bite but he finished it naman.
