I haven’t been to SM Megamall for six months. I haven’t even been to their new wing called Mega Fashion Hall. I pass by this new building 5 times a week, mukhang nice, pero I am not yet inspired to go inside and explore. I’ve heard somewhere that it’s not yet fully occupied. One of this days, I’ll go and window shop. I’ll go on a weekday.
I have a dress I haven’t worn and yet umikli na ng sobra. My body became wider kaya it became shorter. Nahila palapad (horizontally).
I went to Carolina’s in SM Megamall to buy a piece of fabric to attach to the hemline to make it longer.
Just before I got off my van, I noticed this foreigner standing there. I worry when I see foreigners in the streets.
Sana the Department of Tourism embark on a marketing campaign locally- be nice to tourists, wag holdapin, they help our economy grow, etc. In Singapore, I’ve seen a tv commercial something to that effect. They must be respected and treated nicely. Huwag lolokohin, sasaktan, nanakawan, etc.
I wonder where he is going. Manong, ‘san ba lakad natin?
After I bought some fabrics, I saw the Jewelmer shop. I liked a choker displayed on the window. I went inside and asked how much. Syempre the sales ladies insisted that I try it on. I just wanted to know how much. Sige na nga, alam na naman natin what they would say “Mam, bagay sa inyo”.
Bagay nga pero yung price? 10,500. Imagine, 18 kt white gold with 3 black South Sea pearls and a few tiny diamonds. Mali pala ang tingin ko merong palang US$ sign. It’s ten thousand five hundred US dollars.
They showed me something else, of course maganda pero dollars ulit $6,900, abah mas mura pero mahal pa rin.
I am actually looking for a cute gift sana for my daughter kasi she’s graduating from Ateneo MBA on August 10. I don’t know what to give her. She has plenty of dresses na, shoes, bags. Ano kaya? Something different. I have two weeks to find the perfect gift.
I was already in Paris hindi pa ako dun naghanap. I should have bought in Paris para walang kaparis.
I was starving but my children and I we’re going out to dinner after the mass.
Dapat light snack lang. Natamaan ko ng tingin ito while I was walking towards the entrance where my driver dropped me off.

Their version of LAKSA. I ate the soup, the egg white, shrimps, half shrimp lang pala,
The spoon and fork were wrapped in a tissue that looked like toilet paper.
Hayun naman pala, ganun talaga ang style. Pero mukha pa ring toilet paper.
