The Damayan group in Binangonan came to my office today. The barrio folks are using about 1,000 square meters of vacant lot in Wawa, Libis, Binangonan, Rizql owned by my parents and they are requesting if I can continue to let them use the space for basketball games and other community gatherings. Senior citizens go there too for exercise / walking. I set my conditions which are very simple and easy—- no structures shall be built, they will maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the area. The minute I found out the area is being frequented by drug addicts or istambay na magugulo, I will dispose of the property. I don’t know for how long I will let them use it. I don’t own it. My parents bequeathed it to my brother, I am just the administrator and the one paying for the property taxes.
