I decided to swing by Robinson’s Pioneer on my way home to eat lugaw. I was starving kasi it was 5 pm already pero I haven’t had lunch.
Ay sarado na yung big Chinese restaurant that had hot fish congee. I looked around and spotted Max Restaurant. Walang tao. Good for me but bad for the restaurant business.
I ordered spring chicken. What arrived looked very small. Parang matabang sisiw. I do understand that the costs are higher. The restaurant most likely didn’t want to increase the prices so they shrunk the size. Hmmm. Instead of 3 pieces of camote fries, eto, one camote fry na lang. Well, gutom na gutom ako, I still enjoyed the little chick.
Mabulunan na ako, they only served water upon request. I still like Max though, will always do.
