We walked for about 10 minutes from our hotel to Gaysorn Village where our lunch would be.
Since it was noon time, employees were trooping down to food stalls to have lunch. I was fascinated by the sight of street vendors selling not only food but sweepstakes tickets too.
Flowers for house spirit and / or Buddha or Hindu offerings.
I saw the difference between Bangkok and Manila in so far as abundance in flowers is. In Manila I seldom see sampaguita being sold by vendors more so in flower shops. Here they are everywhere. Considering that sampaguita is our national flower, where are they now?
Mini rice cakes wrapped in banana leaves.
This vendors cater to local employees. They begin to sprout just before lunch.
WE were walking faster because our reservation was at 12:30 and it was already 12:20 pm. We still have to look for the restaurant.
We should have street warning signs like this too.
I see many large photos of their king on fences, walls and buildings.
After some 15 minutes walk, we finally reached the mall where the restuarant is located. There’s no Louis Vuitton in Central Embassy, it’s here at Gaysorn.
