Edmund fell asleep last night with the tv on. It was showing the biography of Lindsay Lohan. I couldn’t keep my eyes open. I tried to finish the feature because it was interesting but my eyes were cross-eyed na from sleepiness. I switched the tv and the lights off. I heard my daughter entered the gate but I was too sleepy to wait for her to come and say goodnight.
I went to bed before midnight last night.
I woke up thinking whether it’s a work day. When my subconsciousness realized that today is a Sunday, yipee, I fell back to sleep. I stood up at 8:35 am. Oh thank you, I had a good night’s sleep.
I went down to the kitchen and Edmund greeted me. I told him I want to take some photos.
I just couldn’t remember where this came from. I didn’t think I was the one who bought this. Ako kaya?
I am feeling relaxed and I want to take pictures of things that reflect my mood this morning.
Lovely to look at. Flowers speak to my mood. They make my heart smile by mere looking at them. It’s sad that they wilt and die so fast. They’re alive so they must live longer like we do.
It’s so unfair that flowers die in a few days.
Scatter the buds on the soil and they would grow.
Grabe naman, some stupid person lifted my duck by its beak. See what happened? Kakainis naman. I can’t find anything like this ever again. Even when we went to Vietnam, wala akong nakita na ganito. They used to be 3, now two na lang, itong isa wala ng bibig.
Kunsumisyon talaga.
Twinkle keeps on going to that spot. Meron sigurong ipis or daga. Edmund told me this morning Twinkle caught a rat a few days ago.
Wear and tear. Some parts need repainting and repair.
The other side of our family dining window. I placed those big pots kasi there are certain months in a year that the sun goes inside our dining area eh nakakasilaw at mainit. I bought those plants supposedly to block the sun’s rays. Pero ngayon tumangkad na sila, nawala yung mga dahon. Maybe we should transfer them somewhere else.
I should remove this Christmas wreath now. Ang luma na nito. It’s been here since 2011.
As lovely as they can be.
