Reservations were made as early as a month ago because the Thanksgiving brunch buffet at Fairmont Hotel gets sold out.
The first dish that I got, eggs Benedict.
I ate the egg white and the beef, not the yolk and bread.
There were two egg stations. Not very many lined up for the omelet.
I wanted to have omelet but I simply could not eat any more food. Just too much.
Nickel and Nickel biscuits to go with the cheeses
I only ate 3 pieces of this peeled tiger prawns. One piece is equivalent to 3 regular-sized shrimps.
The tuna slad nicoise was coated with anchovies that’s why it was a bit salty.
As in all buffet, one could only taste, eat a few dishes. Many are pamparami lang.
I was looking for pasta but they only have salad which is mixed on a parmigiano regianno cheese wheel.
Asian roasted pig aka lechon baboy. The only difference is this one is with hoisin sauce, not Mang Tomas lechon sauce. The skin is so crispy.
At $100 / person without alcohol, I should be eating more. Buti na lang bisita lang ako.
They have the usual 5 star hotel assortment of desserts.
Do Americans really love apple pie? Puro pumpkin pie and apple pie.
I was hoping to find egg pie. Nahahalata pagka baduy ko.
