I haven’t actually finished documenting our trip to Europe. I was very slow writing on my dear Oh my buhay diary. After a week, I would transfer my delayed posts to last month’s postings so they would be grouped together with my Europe posts.
To continue, on thursday, October 23, 2013, I joined a tour to Edinburgh. Edmund wasn’t able to see this charming city because he was playing golf. He wanted to skip na nga the golf kaya lang nakakahiya to his team mates they’re playing Scramble.
His friend Jimmy Fabregas told him that the city of Edinburgh’s very pretty. Jimmy’s actress daughter, Lara Fabregas, is married to a Scottish.
There were only two of us who took the tour to Edinburgh. We were provided with a van and a driver. It was a two hour drive to Edinburgh but this time, I tried to sleep during the two hours drive to avoid getting dizzy.
When the driver drove us from the House of Bruar back to Old Course Hotel kasi, I got so dizzy.
My companion, Nancy Lostocco, didn’t want to see Edinburgh Castle again because she and her husband had been here before proceeding to St. Andrews. So we left her at another castle (daming castle dito). Craig dropped me off at the closest corner so I could walk up to the Edinburgh Castle which was on top of the highest hill or mountain in that area. He just told me where he would pick me up and three hours later, at 2:30 pm.
He said the Edinburgh Castle’s the most visited place in Scotland.
He told me to climb up these stairs to reach the castle. He must be kidding me. Ang taas nung hagdan ha!
It was very chilly and windy.
I took photos, video clips from the outside of Edinburgh Castle and for a while I thought of not going inside. Pero sige na nga, nadito na ako. How many times one gets to come here.
There was a line for entrance tickets. Craig insisted on giving me 16 pounds and reminded me twice to make sure I give him the receipt so he could surrender it to their office.
I went inside and lined-up for a ticket to go up to the castle.
I was behind a couple who were making-out in front of me. The first time I saw them hugging and kissing, I said to myself “ang sweet”.
The second time I saw them kissing on the lips, I thought “Sweet”. The third time , feeling ko exaggerated naman sila. The fourth time, inis na ako, sobra naman, ano ba ito, two days palang mag-boyfriend?
The fifth time, diri na ako. How can you kiss lips to lips with your eyes open? Nakakatakot yan. Parang zombie. Bago sila magtukaan, nagtititigan muna. Hindi naman ako nalalagkitan, na-o-o-eyan nga ako. Anong style yung titig tapos SLURRRP! Yucks. After you’ve kissed, diba dapat close your lips na? Naka buka pa rin yung bibig nung lalaki, para bang “let’s go to bed, now na!” Parang tulo laway. Naka-nganga pa rin. Sobrang L na L. I looked around every time they would kiss to see if others were seeing what I was seeing.
Panay pa ang pisil nya sa pwet nung babae. Parang inaapa kung may cellulite.
The sixth time (ang haba ng pila), pati ako napapa-nganga na rin.
