One more palace to visit, Palacio Nacional.
My husband was no longer interested to go inside and explore another one.
The view from the palace’s windows are so pretty.
This place is like a museum of Portuguese ceramic tiles.
Even the ceilings were covered with tiles.
A woman was seen meticulously restoring the original tiles.
He was closely inspecting the way the tiles were set on the wall.
My husband didn’t reach this far. When I turned around, he disappeared.
Our tour guide Margaret explained how the tiles were made and set during those era which my husband found boring. This tour was more like about the history of tile making.
We reached where the bathroom was. There were no doors.
This’ actually the bathroom or shower room.
This statue was in front of the bathroom. The guys told me not to take photos of this statue kasi daw bastos yung mga sculptures. Orgie yata ito.
I went to the gift shop looking for plates.
The plates were lovely pero mabigat iuwi. Baka mabasag lang sayang.
Another perfect spot to have a photo with the FPG Insurance tour group.
