This was my late lunch yesterday, hot fish fillet congee with kalamansi, toyo and chili, at Mr. Choi’s. The fish that they used before was Lapu-lapu but I guess Lapu-lapu has become too expensive so they replaced it with cream dory.
I ordered beef with broccoli, buchi, sweet and sour fish fillet “to-go” so while waiting, I sat down and ate congee (lugaw).
