Oyen said she’s been wanting to try this new restaurant in Greenhills which replaced Tampopo Ramen’s spot inside the Promenade behind Red Mango yogurt. Called Tuantuan Chinese Brasserie, it’s owned by Peter Chua, of Lugang Cafe. I know Peter personally. Mabait yan. Maayos kausap.

The waiter said this dish is one of the favorites. It’s basically kanin binuhusan ng kulong sabaw. Medyo matabang, hindi pala medyo, talaga. Humingi ako ng toyo. Kulang sa lasa.
Oyen ate one piece radish cake and had the rest wrapped.
Oyen ordered this beef with steamed rice. Kung baga sa babae, kailangan nito magpa-parlor para gumanda ang hitsura.
